Thank you for the wonderful comments and support in regards to my last post. I was nervous to put that out there, but glad that it has helped many of you. I even had a friend grab me at a party I attended and said she used my tips right away to help a neighbor in need. Thank you for sharing your story with me,
Jessica!
So, on to other news. We have been SO BUSY these last few months and our weekends have been filled with
fun fun fun for Mister Field. We love this age he is at!
(Well, other than the temper tantrums.)
We attended the circus with some friends and it was great! Field loved the show ladies. Ha! He still imitates them and yells out, "Hi Ladies!" He also enjoyed the pony ride, the tigers, and the motorcycle man on a tight rope.

We also took a quick weekend trip to the beach in September. We wanted to get our beach fix in one last time before Fall. We had a wonderful time and as always, Field loved the sand and waves. Sadly, my iPhone went into the ocean after a boat ride around the bay. I was SO upset, but I am over it now. :)

Thomas the Train! Oh my! We attended "A Day Out with Thomas" in Burnet, Texas where we got to ride a real, live Thomas the Train. We also saw Sir Topham Hat and played with lots and lots of trains. This was such a fun experience and I know we will go again when Field is older.

I have followed this blog of precious Mia since we found out about Field's heart. Mia had a heart transplant at 4 months old and has been an incredibly encouraging story. Her family left for a trip to Disney World through the Make a Wish Foundation and she ended up in the ER in Florida with what is believed to be rejection of her heart. She is currently on ECMO which is a very serious situation. Please, please, please pray for this sweet and beautiful girl. I cannot lie, this has rocked me pretty hard. Kids with CHD's can be doing so well and then turn a corner for the worst in no time. It's truly SO discouraging and SO frightening as a heart parent. All of my worries and fears aside, please lift up sweet Mia and pray for a complete healing of her body and mind. Thank YOU! Below is a precious video that Mia's family made for her heart donor's family.
Let me warn you that the tears will flow but I hope this gives you a better picture of precious Mia who needs our prayers.
