All of Me

I've been following this blog, written by Matt Hammitt (and occasionally his cute wife, Sarah).  Matt is the lead singer for Sanctus Real, which is a very successful Christian music band.  They had their son, Bowen, last September and he has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which is a very similar congenital heart defect as Field.

I love this video, I love this song, and I love this family.  Just thought I would share. :)
